1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Puppy Applications and Reservations

• Application Approval: Filling out a puppy application does not guarantee the right to purchase a dog. We reserve the right to refuse service or adoption to anyone at our sole discretion to ensure the safety and welfare of our puppies.

• Waitlist: Being placed on our waitlist is subject to availability and our approval process.

3. Payments and Deposits

• Deposit Policy: Deposits are required to hold a specific puppy or a spot on our waitlist. Unless otherwise stated in a separate written Sales Contract, all deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future litter at our discretion.

• Final Payment: The balance for your puppy must be paid in full prior to or at the time of pickup/delivery as specified in your individual sales agreement.

4. Health and Sales Contracts

While this website provides general information, the specific legal obligations regarding the health, guarantees, and responsibilities of the buyer and seller are governed by a separate Sales Contract & Health Guarantee which must be signed by both parties at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and original photographs of our puppies and adult dogs, is the property of HAPPY TRAIL PUPS. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our images or content without express written permission.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep all information (including availability and estimated weights) up to date, we do not warrant that all content on the site is error-free, complete, or current.

7. Limitation of Liability

HAPPY TRAIL PUPS and its owners shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or to conduct any activity that would damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party’s use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of COLOADO.
